These terms govern your participation in an Onyva, Courts and Corks! tour. By submitting a booking inquiry and confirming a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Reservations & Payment

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Full payment terms, due dates, and accepted methods are provided at the time of booking.

Airfare

Airfare is not included in any tour package. Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from France. This is intentional, to offer maximum flexibility.

Cancellation

We offer a flexible, tiered cancellation policy. Full details, including refund schedules and the option to transfer your reservation to a future tour, are provided at booking.

Itinerary Changes

Itineraries are carefully planned but may be adjusted for weather, court availability, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes will preserve the quality and spirit of the experience.
